Common questions

Is GapWatch on the App Store? Not yet — it is in beta on TestFlight, Apple’s official beta program. GapWatch Pro is free for the duration of the beta. The fastest way to report a problem is the Send Feedback button inside TestFlight, which attaches a screenshot and your device details automatically.

How do I cancel my subscription? Subscriptions are managed by Apple: Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions → GapWatch Pro → Cancel. You keep access until the end of the paid period.

How do I delete my account? Email us from your account address and we'll delete your account and all associated data within 30 days.

Why don't I see any alerts? Zone alerts are a GapWatch Pro feature, fire only while US markets are open, and require notification permission — check Settings → Notifications → GapWatch.

Is the data real-time? Live charts stream during market hours. Data may derive from a subset of trading venues and can differ slightly from other charting platforms.
