What GapWatch is

GapWatch is a market-structure education tool. It detects and tracks fair value gaps and publishes an informational daily market briefing. GapWatch is not financial advice: it never provides trade recommendations, entries, stops, targets, or any suggestion to buy or sell a security. You are solely responsible for any financial decisions you make.

Market data

Market data shown in the app may be delayed, incomplete, or derived from a subset of trading venues, and is provided for informational purposes only. We make no warranty as to its accuracy or timeliness.

Subscriptions

GapWatch Pro is an auto-renewing subscription billed through your Apple ID. Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase; the subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your device's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Where offered, unused free-trial time is forfeited on purchase.

Acceptable use

You may not resell, redistribute, scrape, or systematically extract data from the service, or use it in violation of applicable law or exchange data-usage terms.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GapWatch is not liable for any losses — including trading losses — arising from use of the app or website.
